Description

It is a single red varietal wine.

Grape variety: Listán Prieto 100%.

WINEMAKING: This wine is made with grapes from the vineyards of more than 50 years old chosen from the areas with minor productivity. Once in the winery, the top part of clusters is cut and only the upper grapes are used, being the ones with the best quality.

After having selected the best grapes, the pre-fermentative maceration starts, which lasts for 10 days. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and the wine is transferred into medium toast French oak barrels. It stays there for 15 months with daily bâtonnage.

It is a wine which has got its proper personality, influenced by the landscape where its grapes have been cultivated, the properties of its soil, the work and care of people who have dedicated their life to it…
