TYPE OF GRAPES:

  • LISTÁN BLANCO OF CANARY ISLANDS: it is the most widely planted white grapes variety in the Canary Islands due to its high resistance to diseases and difficult climatic conditions. The wines of this variety are characterized by adequate acidity and glyceric content, freshness and fruit aroma.
  • ALBILLO CRIOLLO: This is the variety which has adapted the best to climatic, pedological (soil) conditions and the altitude of this region. Its small bunches produce elegant wines of highest quality, smooth in mouth and characterized by intense aroma.

TASTING NOTES:

This wine looks clean and transparent with steely trim. It smells of tropical fruit (mango, banana, pineapple and melon) with some presence of floral aroma. Its flavour is intense and powerful, lively and frank, well-balanced, with lasting finish of fruit and some floral notes.
