Vega Norte Vijariego Negro 2018

It is a single red varietal wine.

GRAPE VARIETY: Vijariego Negro100%.

WINEMAKING:
The best bunches of grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Once the grapes are separated from the bunches, they are left to macerate during 20 days in stainless steel tanks in a reducing atmosphere to avoid oxidation. The temperature is thoroughly controlled. Thus, the weight of grapes and the laws of gravity let us extract free-run juice. It is further fermented during 6 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
